Boyle Ranch is located in a small rural community nestled in the foothills of Northern California. The ranch was purchased in 1994 by Mike and Barbi, so that they could raise, train and show reining horses along with raising their family in an upscale small community. The ranch boasts 70 beautiful, oak studded acres that is irrigated year round. There is a large (125 X 250) indoor arena and access to a larger (200×350) arena within riding distance. A 5 acre lake sits on the property that houses, geese, ducks and fish of all sizes. The lake is also a place for the mares and foals to get down in and roll around to cool off and play. Over 60 stalls and 20 pens, along with grass covered turn outs are spaced throughout the facility. For the breeding we have a complete lab and collection area that sits back from the training area. The facility borders Highway 88, so there is easy access for horse trailers of any size. The surrounding area has been highly advertised as a vacation destination. Lake Comanche is within 5 miles and has all the skiing and fishing amenities along with over night camping and lodging. Sutter Creek, which is within 12 minutes, is known as one of the first Gold Mining towns. There are upscale restaurants, bed and breakfast inns, coffee houses, Gold Mining tours, wine tasting, many antique stores and boutiques. Kirkwood Ski Resort is within an hour and half. One of our largest horse show venues is only 19 miles from our front door, Murieta Equine Complex, making it an easy haul to many of the horse shows. We are an hour from Sacramento International Airport.
