While the new web site will soon be up and running, below is the important information exhibitors need for the 2013 show.
PRE-ENTRY & STALL DEADLINE: JULY 1st, 2013.
An Entry Form and Participation Release, one per horse, must be completed, signed and sent with a form of payment (open checks are okay for entries). Stall reservations, and entries must be POSTMARKED by the July 1st deadline, for entry to be considered complete. The more information we receive prior to the event, the less delay there is for exhibitors upon arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
DO NOT MAIL ENTRIES IF:
THEY WILL BE RECEIVED BY BRUMLEY MANAGEMENT AFTER THE JULY 8TH.
(We will not be there to receive them!)
